Graduate+ is an exciting new initiative which has enjoyed a really successful first year in supporting our students.   The aim of Graduate+ isto inspire, motivate and encourage students to get involved in and engage with a range of extra-curricular events, activities and experiences that will help them stand out from the Graduate crowd!

You will be working with the Graduate+ Programme Manager to build on, support and evaluate the University’s highly successful BCU Graduate+ programme as we enter into our second year of delivery.  This will involve engagement with staff, students and external organisations, across all levels.  You will have a real interest in raising the aspirations of students and be confident in all forms of communication, including social media.  Event organisation, preparation and support will be provided across all Campus sites thus requiring a flexible approach and confident attitude.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic environment and team that will provide an excellent platform to demonstrate and experience a wide range of skills and opportunities.

The post holder must be a recent BCU graduate and will be part of a vibrant and positive student engagement team which will have a fluid population of student and staff partners.  This will mean that the post holder will engage with a wide variety of students and staff with very different interests; making the role a very interesting one for a person who is willing to be open to new perspectives and experiences.

The post is part funded by the 2014-2020 European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme in England. Interviews will be held on 18th August 2017.
