What do we do?

We are the UK’s favourite Media Agency, building connections for some of the world’s smartest advertisers, such as Coke, Sky, Tesco, GlaxoSmithKline to name a few. We plan and buy across all traditional, new and emerging media.


How does our scheme work?

Our Exec scheme is a 2 year programme designed to produce the leaders of the future. Starting September / October 2017, our Execs will rotate through the business to ensure they learn about all core disciplines and will take part in a goal setting session and appraisal with each rotation. Training will be both on the job and delivered in an innovative, monthly, day release style session. The training programme has been designed to develop you and ensure you make excellent connections within the agency. All Execs will have a mentor, check ins with our Head of Future Talent and participation in an annual project and charity event. In addition, all Execs will be invited to regular coaching sessions with our senior management team.

At the end of the 2 year programme, we’ll work with you to match you to the ‘right job’ not just ‘any job’.

We are looking for graduates and school leavers alike, we just want to see that you have a great mind with a real commitment to being a great MediaCom citizen.
