Zafar Bilal Nadeem is a profound expert in the banking world in Pakistan. He is the Trade Services Manager for HBL and is also a poet, a writer and a social worker. 1.What is your full name, the company you work for and your position within the company?

Zafar Bilal Nadeem, I work for Habib Bank Limited HBL and I am the Trade Services Manager.

2.In what ways does the company you work for accommodate for graduates?

Every person who comes to work for us has to complete an ‘induction requirement at HBL’.

3.What is the current market like for internships, long–term careers and other opportunities? Please describe. 

HBL offers internships to fresh graduates. Its market share in the banking industry is increasing consistently, hence, long-term career opportunities are on the rise also in HBL.

4.Do you have any advice you can give to the current graduate market in your field? 

The banking industry in Pakistan is flourishing and therefore I would like to recommend young graduates to give a serious consideration to it.

5.Do you have any tips for students studying in your area of expertise? 

There is a tremendous scope of trade professionals in the banking industry in Pakistan and I would suggest others to take a position in this specific area of operations expertise.

6.Any final words/inspirations for students and graduates in relation to the world of work?

There is always a room for excellence and the sky is not a limit.
